This Privacy Policy explains how Cambam Associates, Inc., doing business as Barkway Doggie Doors (“Barkway,” “we,” or “us”), collects, uses, and shares information when you visit this website or request a quote.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you submit the quote request form, we collect the information you enter:

• Your name, email address, and phone number
• Your city or ZIP code
• Your preferred dog door size, if you choose one
• Any project details or questions you include
• Your agreement to be contacted about your quote request

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider receives basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request. To prevent spam and abuse, when you submit the quote form we briefly store a scrambled (one-way hashed) version of your IP address, never the address itself, and then delete it.

Cookies. We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies on this website. The only cookies we use are the ones that keep authorized Barkway staff signed in to our internal dashboard.

How we use your information

• To respond to your quote request and contact you about your project by phone, text message, or email
• To discuss sizing, compatibility, pricing, scheduling, and installation
• To protect the website from spam and abuse
• To keep records of customer inquiries and projects

Who can see your information

Quote requests are available only to authorized Barkway staff through a password-protected dashboard. We do not sell your personal information or share it with others for their own marketing.

We share information only with service providers that help us run this website:

• Vercel, which hosts this website
• Supabase, which stores quote requests in a secure database
• Resend, which emails new quote requests to our team

These providers may only use your information to provide their services to us. We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Barkway, our customers, or others.

How long we keep your information

We keep quote requests for up to three years after our last contact with you, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or we need to keep them longer to meet a legal obligation.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you submitted, or tell us to stop contacting you, by emailing cameron@barkwaydoggiedoors.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information you submit, including encrypted connections and restricted staff access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children’s privacy

This website is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
